Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, budgeting, and supervision of minor construction projects, as well as skills in client and supplier management. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and budgeting. 2. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, S10, Microsoft Project, and Office Suite. 3. Valued knowledge in CCTV and alarm system maintenance and installation. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Bachelor's degree and/or recent graduate. \- 1 year of experience in similar roles. \- Advanced-level knowledge: AutoCAD 2D, S10, Microsoft Project, Office Suite. \- Basic-level knowledge: SketchUp. **CCTV, fire alarm, pump room, and electrical panel maintenance and installation knowledge will be highly valued.** **EXPERIENCE:** \- Quantity surveying, cost estimation, and budgeting. \- Supervision of minor construction projects. \- Client and supplier management. \- Preparation of engineering drawings.
