ZONE 1\. HARD SKILLS
1\.1 Academic Background
Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines suitable for this role; additional academic credentials such as postgraduate degrees, specializations, certifications, or similar qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain (SCM), or related fields are highly desirable but not mandatory.
1\.2 Industry Background
Highly desirable—but not mandatory—to have experience in industries such as Logistics Operators, Companies with In-House Transport Fleets, Companies with In-House Manufacturing Plants, Construction, Multidisciplinary Construction Services, or similar sectors.
1\.3 Functional Background
Must have experience exclusively in Logistics, Logistics Operations, or related areas.
1\.4 Specialization Background
1\.5 Previous Roles and Years of Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an identical or similar position.
1\.6 Other Expected Competencies
Plan, direct, and control the site’s overall operational management, ensuring efficiency in module delivery and pickup logistics, proper fleet and infrastructure maintenance, as well as monitoring and controlling operational performance—guaranteeing service continuity, resource optimization, and profitability.

ZONE 2\. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure achievement of site-level results aligned with the Operations Management objectives.
* Maintain up-to-date reporting as defined by Management, based on budgetary targets and margins.
* Ensure the plant is orderly, clean, and in good condition; verify validity of required permits (licenses, certifications, etc.) and properly maintain the module display area.
* Control and pay general site services; manage petty cash correctly and submit timely expense reports.
* Coordinate with Planning and Commercial departments regarding maintenance and repair schedules, based on quoted commercial conditions.
* Coordinate transportation services for module dispatch and/or pickup (module receipt, return, and/or recovery), including control of associated waybills and documentation.
* Comply fully with all internal and external regulations concerning Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental matters, attending required trainings, updates, and related activities per the Internal Work Regulations and Occupational Safety and Health Regulations.
