Lead continuous improvement of billing and control platforms **Join a leading company in the logistics sector!** *We are currently looking for a Management Control Analyst to join our Administration and Finance team.* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs. Location: Maria Luisa 141, Santiago de Surco **Job Objective:** * Ensure proper management, control, and optimization of the company’s revenue process, guaranteeing the integrity of sales data, correct application of tariffs and commercial terms, and efficiency of billing processes. * Additionally, be responsible for analyzing financial and operational information and generating reliable reports that support strategic and operational decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage proper assignment of tariffs, commercial terms, and pre-billing. * Lead the billing process, ensuring accurate issuance and delivery of documents to customers. * Prepare and analyze operational profitability reports, considering sales, costs, and margins. * Monitor sales integrity and ensure all transactions are billed correctly. * Analyze customer and supplier incidents, identifying root causes and proposing solutions. * Address inquiries related to billing, payments, and collections. * Provide support to the Commercial team regarding billing conditions and operational aspects. * Lead configuration, updating, and continuous improvement of billing and revenue control platforms. * Conduct customer segmentation and sales behavior analysis for strategic customers. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Management Control, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Experience or knowledge in financial control and analysis, revenue management, and process management. * Analytical thinking and attention to detail. * Problem-solving ability and capacity to collaborate across departments. **Employment Conditions:** * Compensation: PEN 3500 \- MYPE payroll * 100% EPS coverage for the employee * Corporate discounts * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * If you have experience in Management Control, financial analysis, billing, and revenue management, we invite you to apply.
