Job Summary: We are seeking a Microenterprise Credit Advisor to manage portfolios, assess credit applications, and oversee the microenterprise client portfolio, including recovery and collection follow-up. At Financiera Efectiva, we are currently seeking a: MICROENTERPRISE CREDIT ADVISOR CUSCO / FINANCIERA EFECTIVA. . To succeed in this role, you need: Graduate or incomplete studies in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in institutions specialized in microfinance. Availability to conduct fieldwork (business visits). Responsibilities: Manage the credit portfolio assigned to you. Assess, approve, reject, or place on hold credit applications within your authority. Responsible for managing the microenterprise client portfolio. Review and monitor recovery and collection activities for clients with active loans from the financial institution.
