Position Summary: We are seeking a Structural Modeler to develop 3D models, generate drawings and reports in Advance Steel, and support updating models in Revit. Key Highlights: 1. 3D Model Development and Drawing Generation in Advance Steel 2. Preparation of Fabrication, Assembly, and Detail Drawings 3. Support in Updating Concrete Models in Revit A Structural Modeler proficient in Advance Steel is required. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Drafting, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial project development. * Advanced proficiency in Advance Steel (mandatory); intermediate proficiency in Revit (preferred). * Knowledge of AutoCAD and Office applications. * Skills: attention to detail, time management, effective communication, teamwork, proactivity, and problem-solving ability. **Responsibilities:** * Develop 3D fabrication models in Advance Steel. * Generate drawings in Advance Steel. * Prepare fabrication, assembly, and detail drawings. * Generate reports in Advance Steel. * Support updating concrete models in Revit.
