We are looking for top talent for the Network Engineer position. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Administer and optimize network infrastructure and perimeter security in critical energy sector environments, ensuring high availability, operational continuity, and compliance with established service levels. * Manage and resolve N2/N3 network incidents in both corporate networks and OT environments, guaranteeing effective analysis, rapid containment, and service recovery. * Administer perimeter security solutions such as Check Point, F5, and Forcepoint. * Design, implement, and maintain highly available network architectures using protocols such as BGP, MPLS, OSPF, EIGRP, and VRF. * Coordinate directly with vendors (Check Point, F5, Forcepoint) for resolution of critical incidents, technical escalations, and implementation of best practices. * Provide support and administration for key infrastructure platforms such as Cisco ISE, Cisco ACS, Cisco DNA, VMware virtualization environments, and monitoring tools like SolarWinds and ManageEngine. * Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to optimize capacity, availability, and security. * Prepare technical and executive reports on network status, relevant incidents, root cause analysis, and improvement plans. * Maintain up-to-date technical and operational documentation for the network infrastructure, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures. * Collaborate in internal and external audits by providing technical evidence, documentation, and improvement recommendations. * Contribute to continuous improvement of network and security architecture by proposing automation and optimization of operational processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Competencies:** * Professional with a bachelor's or graduate degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Networking, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience administering networks and perimeter security in enterprise or critical environments. * Solid knowledge of networking (BGP, MPLS, OSPF, EIGRP, VRF) and security solutions such as Check Point, F5, and Forcepoint. * Experience managing N2/N3 incidents and providing support in mission-critical environments. * Proficiency with platforms such as Cisco ISE, Cisco ACS, Cisco DNA, VMware, SolarWinds, and ManageEngine. * Knowledge of high availability, network segmentation, and security best practices. * Soft skills: analytical ability, problem-solving, working under pressure, effective communication, and results orientation. * Availability to handle incidents outside regular working hours according to operational requirements. **Additional Information** Looking for a place where your ideas shine?
