Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. **OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR \- LAMBAYEQUE** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree and current professional license in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of both operation and maintenance of power lines and substations (60/220 kV). (Mandatory) · Minimum 4 years of experience (3 years may be considered for evaluation) · Minimum 2 years of experience in High-Voltage Project Supervision (desirable) * Knowledge of power systems and maintenance management. (Mandatory) * Knowledge and interpretation of electrical parameters during high-voltage equipment testing. (Mandatory) · Knowledge of high-voltage system control and protection. (Mandatory) · Knowledge of reading functional diagrams, schematic diagrams, and single-line diagrams. (Mandatory) * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Desirable: Basic AutoCAD, Intermediate Power BI, Basic SAP, and ADDON software. (Desirable) * Desirable: Intermediate English level (able to read technical datasheets and reports, and understand what is read). * Ability to lead technical teams, analyze results, and achieve objectives. (Mandatory) * Commitment to safety, professional ethics, and working under pressure. (Mandatory) * Willingness to work 100% on-site in Lambayeque, with field travel as scheduled. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure the safety and well-being of all personnel under supervision, guaranteeing compliance with safety, ethics, and environmental policies. **Correctly interpret various engineering drawings for control, protection, and telecommunications.** * Analyze test results for yard equipment, inductive devices, relays, RTUs, battery banks, and rectifiers. **Generate technical histories and reports in Power BI for data analysis.** * Schedule annual, semiannual, weekly, and daily plans on the COES platform. * Monitor system operation activities and scheduled maintenance. * Prepare procurement requests, Terms of Reference (TORs), and Technical Data Sheets (TDSs) for services or supplies per internal standards. * Record and manage maintenance activities in SAP and ADDON software. * Supervise execution of preventive, corrective, and major maintenance activities at substations and transmission lines. * Control costs, timelines, and resources associated with each maintenance activity. * Evaluate performance of supervised technical staff and ensure achievement of operational KPIs. * Maintain up-to-date inventory of critical spare parts and technical drawings in AutoCAD and Smallworld. * Prepare technical reports and reports to COES and OSINERGMIN per current regulations. * Monitor loads on autotransformers, busbars, lines, and cells to prevent system overloads. * Supervise third-party service delivery and promote continuous improvement plans. * Coordinate switching operations and activities with distribution departments, call centers, and free customers. * Report incidents, interruptions, failures, or disturbances of the system according to established procedures and in real time. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper use of resources, materials, and equipment. * Support scheduled supervisions and maintenance activities in other concession areas. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Compensation commensurate with qualifications. * Food card worth S/ 150\. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training.
