




Job Summary: Comprehensive management of operational and academic activities for project development, ensuring objective achievement. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in the execution of operations and training programs. 2. Ensuring logistics for training programs and operational services. 3. Support in development, quality improvement, and cost reduction. **JOB MISSION:** Manage operational activities related to academic administration and resource management for the development of projects by BOMBEROS NAVALES S.A.C., developing and interpreting operational and management tools to ensure effective achievement of objectives in assigned projects. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** a. Assist in the execution process of operations. b. Implement training and professional development programs requested by the client. c. Issue and consolidate certificates and reports for delivered courses. d. Ensure appropriate logistics for each training program, professional development program, and operational service requested from Bomberos Navales. e. Support pending strategies to ensure development, quality improvement, and cost reduction. f. Support operational and maintenance plans across all departments. g. Provide support for training and instruction programs conducted by the instructor or course coordinator. h. Other duties assigned by management within the scope of competence. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** Desirable: 1 year of work experience in similar positions. Desirable: Undergraduate student pursuing professional development. Desirable: Residence in areas adjacent to Cercado de Lima. Salary: S/.1,200.00 per month. Workplace: On-site employment
