Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operational execution, coordinate personnel, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with key departments and report preparation **M\&H GROUP S.A.C.**, a company specialized in operational services, material handling, and industrial process support, is currently seeking an **Operations Supervisor** to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Engineering. * Class A1 driver's license (mandatory). * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience in earthmoving, loading, hauling, and transportation of materials. * Experience supervising yellow-line equipment (front-end loaders, excavators, backhoe loaders, and heavy machinery) and white-line equipment (dump trucks, trucks, and transport units). * Desired: training courses in Safety, Occupational Health and Environment, operations analysis, optimization, and reduction of operational costs. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise daily operational execution, ensuring adherence to planning and operational objectives. * Coordinate, direct, and supervise assigned personnel, guaranteeing completion of scheduled tasks. * Supervise loading, hauling, unloading, and material movement activities, as well as equipment deployment during operations. * Verify compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental, and Integrated Management System (IMS) standards. * Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and client departments to ensure equipment continuity and availability. * Prepare operational reports and KPIs, monitor service performance, and propose improvement actions. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment registration from day one. * All statutory benefits. * Work schedule: 14 days on / 7 days off\. * Rotating shifts. * Meals provided. * Remuneration: **S/ 3,500\.00**.
