




Job Summary: Analyze, propose, and implement automation and improvements in manual and new business processes, participating in meetings and working sessions with stakeholders. Our people make the difference in our success. **Employment Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** * Analyze, propose, and implement automation for manual processes, newly requested business processes, or improvements within the unit. * Participate in meetings related to changes or improvements in authorization and settlement processes. * Analyze application incidents (including accounting-related ones) concerning cards to propose system improvements. * Generate and participate in recurring working sessions with stakeholders across the payment methods ecosystem (e.g., VISA, MasterCard, Niubiz, Izipay, etc.) to propose and implement improvements in card purchase authorization and settlement processing. * Act as intermediary with VISA and MasterCard to resolve operational issues, following transaction verification, and conduct analysis using Visa Online and MasterCard Connect tools. * Evaluate and document service-level improvements for card transaction authorizations. * Analyze authorization dashboard data, reporting trends and incidents, or alternatively proposing strategic improvements that positively impact acceptance rates. * Design and document new authorization rules arising from identified improvement opportunities. * Address and analyze audit requirements focused on improving payment methods processes. * Address and analyze operational queries and incidents from branch networks and Head Office. * Monitor, reconcile, and track incidents registered in the Payment Methods incident module MP76\. * Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
