Participation in the development and updating of the risk map **Job Description** **EDUCATION:** **Graduate or Bachelor's degree** in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related fields. **TRAINING:** Preferably—but not exclusively—knowledge of occupational safety and health, high-risk work, and Integrated Management Systems. **OTHER KNOWLEDGE:** AutoCAD. / Law No. 29783 **LANGUAGES:** Basic English (desirable) **OFFICE:** Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. **VACCINATION:** Third dose of COVID-19 vaccine. **DRIVER'S LICENSE:** Preferably Class A-1, but not mandatory. **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 3 months in similar positions. **Willingness to travel** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Verify that equipment, tools, and materials comply with standards established in procedures by conducting inspections both on projects and in the office. · Continuously monitor activities posing risks in field and office environments and promptly report them to responsible supervisors. · Inspect and promptly report the condition of personal protective equipment (PPE) or other items relevant to assigned tasks. · Conduct monthly SSOMA inspections and report findings and recommendations. Follow up on the status of measurement equipment biweekly when the HSEQ Coordinator is absent from the office, and disseminate this status information to all staff. Comply with the annual Integrated Management System (IMS) program concerning occupational safety and health. · Develop and support implementation of safety standards, task procedures, and safety and health practices. · Prepare the IPERC matrix, aspects matrix, and emergency response plan for projects and offices. · Support induction training on safety and occupational health for new and third-party personnel. · Conduct pre-use checklists as a safety management tool (for operations, equipment, high-risk work, PPE) in both office and field settings. Conduct safety meetings and support related activities. · Identify, report, and correct hazards/aspects and risks/impacts in the work area. Fulfill responsibilities outlined in the Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation. · Comply with commitments stipulated in the integrated policy for quality, environment, and occupational safety and health management. · Participate in the development and updating of the risk map. · Comply with IMS-related recommendations. · Comply with regulations, rules, and instructions of occupational safety and health programs. · Use company instruments, materials, equipment, facilities, and information appropriately. Cooperate and participate in investigations of work-related accidents and occupational diseases when required by competent authorities—or whenever available information may assist in clarifying their causes. · Promptly inform the employer of any event or situation that endangers—or may endanger—personal safety and health or physical facilities. Immediately implement corrective measures where possible, without incurring any penalty. · Immediately report any incident, work-related accident, or occupational disease to safety representatives or delegates.
