




Job Summary: A professional with experience in concentrator plants, specializing in metallurgical data analysis to improve flotation processes and enable predictive management. Participate in digitalization and predictive analytics initiatives. **Requirements** * Metallurgical Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Process Engineer, or related degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in copper and/or polymetallic concentrator plants. * Experience with flotation circuits (rougher, scavenger, cleaner). * Knowledge of critical process variables: particle size distribution, pH, pulp density, and reagent dosing. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, basic macros). * Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and visualization. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of data analytics or machine learning applied to metallurgical processes. * User-level SAP proficiency (queries, production recording, work orders). Main Responsibilities * Analyze operational flotation process data to identify deviations and improvement opportunities. * Prepare technical reports and dashboards to monitor plant performance. * Track metallurgical KPIs such as recovery, concentrate grade, reagent consumption, and energy usage. * Support metallurgical process optimization using statistical analysis and digital tools. * Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure continuous improvement of plant circuits. * Participate in digitalization and predictive analytics initiatives applied to operations. **Job Objective** Contribute to improved metallurgical performance by integrating plant operational knowledge with data analytics tools, facilitating decision-making and promoting predictive process management.
