We urgently require a **Production Supervisor** who demonstrates a solid balance between operational and administrative management, characterized by approachable leadership, excellent communication, and consistent team support. This position reports directly to the department head and is located at their facility within the Industrial Park. **What will be your main challenges?** * **Production Operational Management:** Indirectly supervise 3 operational areas of the plant, coordinating closely with their respective assistants, coordinators, and line supervisors to ensure manufacturing objectives are met. * **Maintenance Leadership:** Directly supervise the team of technicians responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of the plant's extensive machinery fleet. * **Management Control and Analysis:** Monitor and generate area management indicators (KPIs), and analyze production costs to propose efficiency improvements. * **Occupational Safety:** Ensure compliance with current Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations within the production plant. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Education:** Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder, or certified professional in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Mandatory Experience:** Proven prior experience working in plants within the **metallurgical-mechanical sector** (exclusive requirement). * **Technical Competencies:** * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (for reporting and indicators). * Solid knowledge of KPI control, production costs, and OSH. * **Soft Skills:** Empathetic and approachable leadership, strong ability to engage with plant personnel, effective communication, and high results-orientation under pressure. **Employment Conditions and Benefits:** * **Location:** On-site work at the Plant \- Industrial Park. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * **Employment Type:** Direct payroll hiring under the **General Regime**, including all corresponding benefits. Initial term of 3 months, with subsequent 6-month renewals subject to performance. * **Additional Benefits:** * Payment of **statutory profit-sharing**. * **Productivity bonus** linked to achievement of position objectives.
