Position Summary: We are seeking a Strategic Planning Intern to support the development and control of KPIs, implementation of the balanced scorecard, and preparation of strategic reports, with a focus on continuous improvement. Training from day one At **JB Business Consulting Firm**, we are currently seeking a **STRATEGIC PLANNING INTERN (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)** to join our **Strategic Planning** team. **Requirements:** ✅ **Education**: University student (8th to 9th semester) majoring in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration. ✅ Interest in strategic planning, management control, balanced scorecard, indicator-based management (KPIs), process improvement, and productivity. ✅ Basic knowledge and proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Canva. ✅ **Access to technological tools for remote work.** **Responsibilities:** 1\. Support the development, monitoring, and control of KPIs across various departments. 2\. Participate in the implementation and follow-up of the balanced scorecard. 3\. Collect information from each department for the preparation of strategic reports. 4\. Analyze indicator compliance levels and identify deviations. 5\. Propose improvement actions for identified gaps. 6\.
