Job Summary: We are seeking a Starsoft Project Manager to lead the implementation, training, and optimization of the Starsoft system, ensuring its proper usage and process efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the training and guidance of staff in using the Starsoft system. 2. Supervise system adoption and optimize Starsoft functionalities. 3. Develop documentation and system tracking reports. An engineering, construction, and space renovation project specialist company is seeking a **Starsoft Project Manager** with the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * University degree in Engineering, Systems, Computer Science, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Starsoft system implementation, support, or training. * Proficiency in Starsoft accounting and administration modules. * Knowledge of administrative and financial processes. * Intermediate-level Office software skills. **WORK CONDITIONS:** * Market-competitive salary * On-site schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, in the San Borja district * Payroll: General Regime **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Deliver internal staff training to ensure correct usage and understanding of the Starsoft system. * Support and guide the team during system installation and deployment, ensuring project objectives are met. * Provide technical assistance and resolve questions regarding system functionality to ensure proper usage. * Supervise users' correct adoption of the system and make adjustments as necessary. * Identify opportunities to optimize Starsoft processes and functionalities to maximize efficiency. * Prepare manuals, instructions, and reports on system usage, tracking, and improvements to maintain up-to-date records.
