We are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality, branded generic medicines spans multiple therapeutic areas, including gastroenterology, women’s health, cardiometabolic, pain management / central nervous system, and respiratory. **What You’ll Do** * Lead execution of the regional strategy aligned with priorities defined by the Non Retail & Oncology Manager. * Develop short- and medium-term ecosystem growth plans for assigned territories. * Identify priority institutions, healthcare networks, and regional stakeholders based on business potential. * Ensure alignment among commercial activities, access initiatives, and customer engagement. * Develop territory-specific growth plans to maximize portfolio adoption. * Understand healthcare service delivery networks, referral pathways, procurement processes, and decision-making structures. * Participate in annual planning and resource allocation. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field. * 5–8+ years of experience in Institutional Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development, Market Access, or commercial roles in healthcare. * Experience in the pharmaceutical industry. **Preferred Qualifications** * Intermediate English proficiency. * Experience working with specialty products. **PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES** Equal opportunity is provided, and recruitment, selection, and hiring are conducted solely based on job-related qualifications, without regard to race, color, religion, creed, age, sex, national origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, marital status, veteran or military status, genetics, citizenship status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
