SALES ADVISOR Location: Cercado de Lima (100% in-person) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Fixed rest day on Sundays. Benefits: Compensation of S/ 1,300 (no experience) and S/ 1,400 (with experience). Formal employment under the MYPE regime. Career path and internal growth opportunities within the company. Requirements: Technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, Sales, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (preferred). Minimum 6 months of experience in sales and/or customer service. Preferably experience in industrial hardware stores, construction materials, tools, industrial equipment, or similar sectors. Customer orientation and service vocation. Proactivity and commercial mindset. Clear and persuasive communication skills. Willingness to learn and ability to follow instructions. Responsibilities: Serve and advise corporate clients in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp or other digital channels. Identify client needs and provide commercial guidance and basic technical advice on products. Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations until sales closure is achieved. Record orders, sales, and coordination activities in the internal system or other platforms established by the company. Coordinate and support product retrieval, verification, and preparation from the warehouse for correct delivery or dispatch.
