Design and implement BI and analytics solutions DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Senior Commercial Intelligence Analyst to independently lead the business's data and analytics management, generating key insights that drive commercial decision-making. What will be your challenge? Design and implement BI and analytics solutions to manage large volumes of information (more than 1,000 SKUs), optimizing inventory, portfolio, and business profitability. What will you do? * Analyze commercial and operational data (sales, inventory, portfolio) * Monitor KPIs such as sales, pricing, profitability, and channel performance * Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for managerial tracking * Process and structure data from multiple sources (ERP, Excel, etc.) * Identify trends, opportunities, and deviations through statistical analysis * Generate actionable reports and insights for decision-making * Automate reporting and analytical processes * Ensure data quality and reliability * Provide analytical support to commercial teams REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Systems Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related fields * 3–5 years of experience in commercial intelligence, BI, or data analysis * Advanced proficiency in Power BI (mandatory) and Excel * Knowledge of data analysis, commercial KPIs, and management of large volumes of information * Python proficiency and specialization in BI or analytics are desirable * Analytical, proactive, results-oriented, and autonomous profile
