Design and align business strategies and plans with key departments, ensuring a shared vision and consistent execution. Ensure achievement of financial targets (revenue, margin, and profitability) through timely monitoring and corrective actions. Monitor and manage business KPIs (production, quality, patient experience, and efficiency), ensuring sustained performance. Develop and control the Annual Operational Plan and budget, optimizing resource utilization to meet care delivery and outcome targets. Drive commercial growth initiatives (patient acquisition, agreements, and new services) to increase volume and market share. Manage the operational performance of assigned units, ensuring continuity of care, installed capacity, and compliance with standards.
