Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Resident Engineer to supervise and control construction execution, coordinate with teams, and prepare progress reports. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a site resident engineer 2. Proficiency in construction execution, cost control, quantity surveying, and scheduling 3. Leadership ability and on-site personnel management A registered and licensed Site Resident Engineer is required. Requirements: \- Licensed Civil Engineer, registered and authorized to practice. \- Minimum 5 years of experience as a site resident engineer. \- Proficiency in construction execution, cost control, quantity surveying, and scheduling. \- Knowledge of safety regulations and the National Building Code. \- Leadership ability and on-site personnel management. Responsibilities: \- Supervise construction execution according to drawings and technical specifications. \- Monitor project progress, costs, and schedule. \- Coordinate with supervision teams, contractors, and field personnel. \- Prepare progress reports and valuations.
