Coordination and personnel management At VILAV, we are looking for a **Weaving Supervisor** with textile industry experience who can guarantee compliance with quality, productivity, and organizational standards within the weaving department. We seek a candidate with leadership skills, results orientation, and the ability to manage work teams. \- Main Responsibilities * Digitally record daily production for both shifts. * Apply machine deductions based on incidents. * Notify the finishing department of completed orders. * Report progress to the coordination group via photographs. * Update weaving lists on the bulletin board (corkboard). * Track ongoing orders. * Supervise the weaving process and verify compliance with quality standards. * Coordinate and organize activities of assigned personnel. * Monitor production timelines and goal achievement. * Create folders for coded designs. * Develop an internal design catalog. * Record production, seconds, and consumption in the system. * Prepare consolidated reports. * Verify daily reports. * Prepare bonus-related information. * Draft rest schedules. * Ensure proper use and functioning of machines. * Identify technical failures and coordinate maintenance. * Evaluate team performance. * Report progress and results to management. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and discipline in the area. ✅ Requirements * University studies in Industrial Engineering, incomplete or in final cycles. * Or technical studies in Textile Engineering, Industrial Production, or related fields. * Courses in supervision, quality control, or production (preferred). * Knowledge of weaving processes and machinery operation. * Leadership and personnel management skills. * Results orientation. * Responsibility and commitment. * Textile machinery operation skills. **Conditions:** * Work mode: On-site * Position type: Full-time * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (12 hours) — Please do not apply if you cannot comply with this schedule. * Salary: 1800 * Send your resume or CV to: vilav.reclutamiento@gmail.com * In the subject line, include the position title you are applying for.
