Focused on building projects for schools and hospitals. **Job Description:** We are currently seeking a **Surveyor** to join our team. This position is intended for professionals committed to accuracy, geometric control, and adherence to technical standards in the execution of building projects for **SCHOOLS AND HOSPITALS**. **Education:** Technical or university degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Civil Construction, or related fields. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in surveying for civil works. * Advanced knowledge of topographic surveys, setting-out, and geometric control of construction works. * Ability to interpret topographic drawings, design drawings, and setting-out drawings. * Basic understanding of construction processes to support setting-out and geometric control. * Knowledge of applicable technical regulations for civil works (RNE, project technical specifications). * Proven experience as Chief Surveyor or Surveying Team Leader on site. Salary: S/.3,500.00 – S/.5,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
