Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineering Assistant with experience in user support, process improvement, system maintenance, and system management for a marketing agency. Analytical ability, incident resolution, and teamwork MSF CREATIVE, a marketing agency, is looking for a SYSTEMS ENGINEERING ASSISTANT for Surco. **Requirements**: ⮚ University graduate or bachelor's degree holder in Systems Engineering or related field. ⮚ 1–2 years of experience in the position, including user support and process improvement in enterprises. ⮚ Knowledge of ERP Odoo (experience in implementation, support, or customization is desirable). ⮚ Proficiency in common programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, among others. ⮚ Knowledge of technical support and system management. ⮚ Analytical ability, incident resolution, and teamwork. ⮚ Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. ⮚ Stress tolerance. ⮚ Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturdays from 8 AM to 11 AM in Surco (near Puente Benavides). **Responsibilities**: ⮚ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. ⮚ Maintain control over databases, PCs, laptops, security systems, and cameras. ⮚ Report the inventory ledger of computer equipment. ⮚ Address user incidents. ⮚ Support change implementation (implementation, training, and evaluation). ⮚ Code items for correct use of the proforma module. ⮚ Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Salary**: S/1,300 to S/1,800 Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Which district do you live in?
