Identification of automation and AI initiatives ***Client management \| Requirements analysis \| IT solutions*** **Work modality:** On-site, between Miraflores and Surquillo At Prográmate, we seek a Technical Manager who acts as the bridge between business needs and technology, ensuring efficient requirements management, timely follow-up, and value generation for our clients. **Main responsibilities** * Manage and track technological requirements from users and business areas. * Coordinate with technical teams, specialists, and vendors to ensure timely solutions. * Maintain ongoing communication with users regarding the status of their requests.
