Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineering Assistant to provide user support, improve processes, and manage information systems at a marketing agency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support and system management 2. Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance 3. User incident resolution and support for implementations MSF CREATIVE, a marketing agency, is looking for a **SYSTEMS ENGINEERING ASSISTANT** for Surco. **Requirements:** * University graduate or bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in user support and process improvement within corporate environments. * Knowledge of the latest versions of ERP Odoo (implementation, support, or customization experience preferred). * Proficiency in common programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, etc. * Understanding of programming logic. * Knowledge of technical support and system management. * Analytical ability, incident resolution skills, and teamwork capability. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability to **work** Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 11 AM in Surco (near Puente Benavides). **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. * Maintain control over databases, PCs, laptops, security systems, and cameras. * Report the inventory ledger of IT equipment. * Address user incidents. * Support implementation of changes (implementation, training, and evaluation). * Code items for proper use of the proforma module. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Salary**: S/1,300 to S/1,800 Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Application Questions: * In which district do you reside?
