At asesores\-e, we are looking for a Trainer who wants to grow and develop with us, supporting our clients and internal teams in learning and effectively using our solutions. Requirements * Graduate or recent graduate in Psychology, Education, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Systems, Marketing, or related fields. * Prior experience in training, user onboarding, inductions, functional support, or customer service is desirable. * Knowledge of or interest in digital tools and enterprise software (Bitrix24\ preferred). * Proficiency in digital tools: Excel, presentation software, video conferencing and communication platforms. * Knowledge of business processes, training methodologies, or knowledge management is desirable. * Courses, workshops, or certifications in training, adult education, digital tools, or CRM are a plus. Key Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and deliver internal and external training sessions, ensuring high-quality instruction. * Master the processes, tools, and products distributed by asesores\-e to ensure accurate knowledge transfer. * Develop, review, and update training materials and instructional resources. * Coordinate operational logistics for training sessions: room setup, participant confirmation, and invitation distribution. * Deliver group, exclusive, and internal trainings according to the work calendar. * Apply effective teaching methodologies and sound instructional practices. * Address technical questions during sessions and report incidents to the Training Coordinator. * Record information and progress in relevant systems, tracking management and satisfaction indicators. * Report daily project progress and follow up on assigned work plans. * Identify improvement opportunities and business opportunities when commercial interest arises during sessions. * Actively collaborate with other departments to strengthen learning management and continuous improvement.
