Job Summary: Coordinate and lead warehouse activities, ensuring operational continuity and proper handling of goods. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership role in warehouse and logistics operations. 2. Plan, organize, coordinate, supervise, arrange, control, and direct all activities within the warehouse area (receiving, storing, and dispatching goods and supplies purchased domestically or internationally), ensuring operational continuity, proper storage, preservation, and dispatch of goods. **PROFILE** Academic Qualifications: · Graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields. · Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar positions or warehouse supervisory roles. · ERP system knowledge – Inventory module preferred (e.g., Starsoft), warehouse management system. · Knowledge of handling and recording accounting and import documentation. · English: Basic · Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. · Experience leading personnel. **COMPETENCIES** · Effective communication at all levels. · Leadership ability. · Data-driven decision-making (logistics KPIs). · Results orientation. · Organizational and coordination skills (FIFO). · Confidentiality. · Ability to resolve conflicts under pressure. · Strong interpersonal skills. · Adaptability to respond to demand fluctuations. **REQUIREMENT** · Driver’s license categories A1, A2B, A3B Salary: S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
