Opportunity under an atypical employment regime A company with a beneficiation plant located in Chimbote \- Ancash is seeking an OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR A BENEFICIATION PLANT Requirements: * Degree holder and licensed professional in Metallurgical Engineering or Chemical Engineering. * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in a beneficiation plant and under an atypical employment regime. * Knowledge of operations and processes in a 200-ton beneficiation plant. * Availability to work under a 20x10 or 22x8 schedule\.
