Job Summary: We are seeking a Physicochemical Laboratory Analyst II for environmental monitoring and analysis, performing tests according to established methodologies and ensuring result validity. ANALYTICAL LABORATORY is an accredited environmental laboratory dedicated to providing environmental monitoring and analysis services across multiple sectors including mining, hydrocarbons, industry, fisheries, etc. We are currently seeking a **PHYSICOCHEMICAL LABORATORY ANALYST II** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Graduate or Technician in Chemical Analysis or related technical programs. * Minimum 3 years of experience. * Compliance with NTP\-ISO/IEC 17025\. * Microsoft Office (minimum: basic Excel or user level) * Execution and/or implementation of analyses on environmental samples ***and/or food.*** * Control and assurance of result validity * Method validation (optional) * Estimation and evaluation of measurement uncertainty * Knowledge of Minitab or other statistical software ***(desirable)*** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Adhere to the Quality Management System (QMS) policy and other management system guidelines. * Perform analyses according to established methodologies * Record, document, and retain all obtained data per management system specifications * Identify deviations, risks, or improvement opportunities within the management system or laboratory procedures; report to immediate supervisor. * Ensure application of validity assurance for results * Participate in and maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, and facility order and cleanliness * Implement and/or validate new laboratory methodologies in coordination with the supervisor * Document uncertainty studies for test methods * Document validation studies for test methods * Verify operational status and proper functioning of laboratory equipment per authorization * Monitor calibration, maintenance, and intermediate verification programs for laboratory equipment * Request necessary equipment for assigned testing activities * Meet result delivery deadlines set by the immediate supervisor * Track status in coordination with the Laboratory Supervisor * ***Assume the Laboratory Supervisor’s duties during leave, vacation, and/or any related activity.*** * Other duties assigned as inherent to the position. **SKILLS:** * Effective verbal and written communication * Teamwork * Planning and organizational ability **BENEFITS:** * Timely monthly payments * Professional growth **COMPENSATION:** Negotiable Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.0\.10 per month Work location: On-site employment
