Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Machine Operator to operate machinery, conduct quality tests, and participate in continuous improvement programs. Key Highlights: 1. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education and/or technical studies in Industrial Chemistry. * Experience in Quality and Processes areas. * Experience in food or bottling companies. * Experience in preparation and formulation processes within the food industry. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Operate production machinery assigned to the area to meet established production schedules. * Identify and resolve basic operational issues with assigned equipment. * Conduct established quality tests for each piece of equipment, verifying reliability and alignment with corporate guidelines. * Perform autonomous maintenance activities on machines within the assigned work area to ensure adherence to the maintenance schedule and enhance equipment reliability. * Participate in continuous improvement programs related to area management; effective execution is critical to standardize analysis criteria, results presentation, and action follow-up. * Basic knowledge of industrial chemistry. * Ability to handle proportions and dosages. * Preparation of mixtures or formulations. * Execution of operational activities in the plant related to these processes.
