Job Summary: We are seeking a Formulator to prepare and control the quality of magistral formulations, manage raw material inventory, and maintain the pharmaceutical area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of magistral formulations according to medical prescriptions 2. Quality control of magistral formulations 3. Compliance with GMP, GDP, GLP, and GCP Avanlab Magistral Pharmacy is a pharmacy chain led by a team of experienced Pharmaceutical Chemists specializing in magistral formulation preparation. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the Formulator position at our Sullana branch. Requirements: 1. Graduate and/or certified technician in Pharmacy. 2. Experience in customer service at pharmacies and/or drugstores. 3. Proficient user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office. 4. Valid Health Certificate. 5. Knowledge of magistral formulations (preferred). 6. Availability to work in Ate from Monday to Saturday (48 hours per week). Responsibilities: 1. Prepare magistral formulations according to medical prescription specifications. 2. Conduct quality control of magistral formulations. 3. Perform inventory of raw materials and packaging supplies. 4. Maintain the Pharmaceutical Formulations area. 5. Comply with GMP, GDP, GLP, and GCP. 6. Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Benefits: 1.
