




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to support financial management, accounts receivable control, and document administration for a project. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in supplier management and billing. 2. Participation in the validation and regularization of travel allowances using SAP. 3. Comprehensive management of physical and digital accounting documentation. On behalf of a major client company, we are currently searching for a Project-based Accounting Assistant. **Main Responsibilities:** * Enter and update information on platforms related to suppliers and billing processes. * Support the control and tracking of accounts receivable for personnel. * Participate in the validation, reporting, and regularization of travel allowances via the SAP system. * Manage the organization, filing, and preservation of physical and digital departmental documentation in internal repositories. * Perform other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Technical or university graduate in Accounting. * Minimum 6 months of experience performing similar duties in the accounting area. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Knowledge or experience using SAP (preferred). * Familiarity with ERP systems oriented toward accounting management (preferred). **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one, with all statutory benefits. * 100% EPS health insurance coverage.
