Support in accounting entries and account analysis **Helatonys S.A.C. – Helados Yamboly** is seeking an **Accounting Assistant** to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS** * University graduate in Accounting and/or technical graduate in Accounting. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Preferably, experience using SAP. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Word. * In-depth knowledge of accounting entries. * Immediate availability. * Preferably residing in San Juan de Lurigancho or nearby areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Recording of accounting journal entries. * Account analysis. * Purchase recording. * Receipt and validation of payment vouchers related to travel allowances. * Recording and control of invoices linked to Purchase Orders (PO). * Support in reviewing and controlling accounting documentation. * Validation of documents with SUNAT. * Other job-related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **COMPETENCIES** * Proactivity. * Effective communication. * Empathy. * Responsibility and commitment. * Teamwork capability. * Organization and attention to detail. **BENEFITS** * Payroll enrollment from day one. * All labor benefits in accordance with current legislation. * Opportunity for professional development and learning.
