Account analysis and coordination of reimbursement payments Job Details Related Jobs Quick Apply New Posted 2 minutes ago Surco, Lima, Peru Job Description **Responsibilities** * Monitor incoming mailboxes for payment vouchers and supporting documentation. * Verify that each payment voucher is linked to an approved purchase order authorized by department heads and managers. * Enter and post invoices into the system. * Record and review supporting documents for Deliverables to be Submitted, Reimbursements, Settlements, and Debts; notify responsible parties if discrepancies are identified. * Organize and archive all processed documents for the reporting period. * Review accounts payable and receivable. * Prepare SUNAT tax payments prior to approval by the accounting supervisor. * Perform assigned account analyses. * Coordinate with Treasury to schedule reimbursement payments. * Review accounts receivable and accounts payable. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Accounting. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Mandatory SAP experience. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, in San Isidro.
