RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receive, organize, and archive physical and digital documents. * Provide customer service via telephone, WhatsApp, and email for all customer inquiries. * Coordinate with the accounting department on all matters related to monthly accounting. * Perform other related or complementary duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in administrative management. * Responsibility, commitment, and organizational skills. * Proficiency in office software: Excel, Word, etc. Accounting knowledge is essential.
