Requirements * Completed or ongoing technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Basic knowledge of invoicing, collections, and document control. * Strong organizational, planning, and teamwork skills. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Availability to work on-site. Responsibilities * Support the management and control of the company’s administrative documentation. * Register and file invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and other documents. * Track supplier payments and customer collections. * Prepare administrative reports and control dashboards. * Coordinate internal and external procedures with clients, suppliers, and authorities. * Support procurement and office supply replenishment. * Maintain up-to-date client and supplier databases. * Coordinate the issuance and receipt of commercial documents. * Provide administrative support to various departments across the company. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by management.
