File, calendar, and inventory management ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (LABOR) GRADUATE IN ADMINISTRATION AND HUMAN RESOURCES \- KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN LABOR LEGISLATION (Contract modalities, CTS, settlements, foreign contracts, AFP, T\-Registration, personnel management), Attendance support. \- ADVANCED OFFICE SOFTWARE SKILLS. \- PERSONNEL TIMEKEEPING (ATTENDANCE TRACKING) \- EXPERIENCE IN PERSONNEL RECRUITMENT \- EXPERIENCE IN PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT \- EXPERIENCE IN ATTENDANCE TIMEKEEPING \- EXPERIENCE IN DRAFTING LETTERS, CONTRACTS, MEMOS, ETC. \- FILE AND CALENDAR MANAGEMENT. \- INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND PPE DISTRIBUTION. \- MUST RESIDE IN AREAS NEAR LA VICTORIA, SAN BORJA, SANTA ANITA, SAN LUIS, OR SALAMANCA.
