Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed and professionally registered Civil Engineer with experience in geometric highway design and infrastructure projects to contribute to the development of innovative projects. We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** initiative and help us continue improving people's lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Prepare and review geometric designs for highways, motorways, urban roads, railways, and other linear infrastructures. * Develop alignment alternatives considering technical, topographic, geological, environmental, and economic criteria. * Perform plan, longitudinal profile, and cross-sectional design. * Coordinate with specialized disciplines including surveying, geotechnics, hydrology, drainage, structures, environment, and cost estimation. * Verify compliance with applicable national and international technical standards. * Analyze earthwork movements and optimize cut-and-fill volumes. * Participate in preparing technical documentation, engineering studies, and technical proposals for tenders. * Identify technical risks associated with alignment and propose solutions ensuring project constructability. * Prepare calculation memoranda, technical reports, and engineering documentation. * Provide technical support during design, construction, and construction supervision phases. **We seek a candidate meeting the following requirements:** **Academic Qualifications:** * Licensed and professionally registered Civil Engineer. * Specialization or postgraduate diploma in Highway Geometric Design, Road Infrastructure, or Transportation (desirable). **Experience:** * Minimum 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure project design and development. * Minimum 3 years serving as an Alignment Engineer or in related positions. * Experience in road, concession, transportation infrastructure, or mining projects. * Experience working with MTC, AASHTO, or other international standards (desirable). **Technical Knowledge:** * Geometric design of highways and urban roads. * Topographic surveys and cartography. * Earthworks. * Current road regulations. * Transport corridor design. * Preparation of technical documentation. * Interpretation of geotechnical and hydrological studies. **Software:** * Civil 3D (Advanced). * Autodesk InfraWorks (desirable). * AutoCAD (Advanced). * Bentley OpenRoads Designer (desirable). * ArcGIS or QGIS (desirable). * Microsoft Office (Intermediate/Advanced). **What We Offer You:** * Social benefits (health insurance, childcare vouchers), work-life balance policies, flexible compensation, diversity initiatives, and recognition programs. * Personal and professional development through continuous training programs, internal and international mobility opportunities, volunteering, and healthy lifestyle initiatives. * The opportunity to be part of a dynamic workplace guided by three core principles: collaborative intelligence, excellence, and comprehensive social responsibility.
