Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect or Civil Engineer with experience in the real estate sector to supervise, coordinate, and manage building maintenance, as well as coordinate with suppliers and handle documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and coordination of maintenance in offices and common areas 2. Management of Civil Defense (ITSE) processes in buildings 3. Negotiation and closing of contracts with suppliers A leading company with over 20 years of experience in building maintenance and management is seeking top talent for the position of: Architect or Civil Engineer. WHAT DO WE NEED? \-Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in the real estate or maintenance sector, preferably. \-Proficiency in office software and AutoCAD 2D design software. \-Knowledge of RNE A 0\.10, A 0\.80, A 130 and RNC. \-Bachelor's degree or professional title in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. \-Willingness to travel throughout Metropolitan Lima. \-Working hours: 8:30 AM\-5:45 PM YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN OUR TEAM WILL INCLUDE: \-Obtaining quotations from suppliers, negotiating and closing contracts. \-Supervising and coordinating maintenance in offices and common areas, and preparing delivery and acceptance documents. \-Coordinating, accompanying, and managing Civil Defense (ITSE) processes in buildings. \-Conducting periodic site visits to buildings to identify corrective and preventive maintenance needs. \-Coordinating with personnel under your supervision. \-Managing documentation for the company and third parties (e.g., board meetings and owners' association meetings).
