Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect to serve as Technical Office Assistant who transforms drawings and observations into solutions enabling project progress, supporting discipline coordination and technical control. Minimum **2 years of experience** in Technical Offices, projects, and/or construction execution. Intermediate/advanced **AutoCAD**. Intermediate **Revit**. Advanced **SketchUp**. Proficiency in **D5 Render or Lumion**. Experience reviewing and coordinating drawings. Knowledge of quantity take-offs, budgeting, and the **Peruvian National Building Code (RNE)**.
