We are currently seeking a Technical Assistant to join our team in Trujillo. Required Profile: * Recent graduate in Architecture. * Age: up to 24 years. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and digital drafting software. * Knowledge of drafting plans and descriptive reports is desirable. * Proficiency in Word and Excel. * Responsibility, consistency, organization, and analytical ability. Responsibilities: * Preparation of architectural drawings. * Field measurements. * Preparation of descriptive reports. * Telephone coordination for appraisal assignments. * Organization of technical documentation. * Support in physical and legal regularization projects for real estate properties and appraisals. We Offer: * Service contract with invoice for professional fees. * Remuneration: Starting from S/ 600\.00 (part-time). * Possibility of additional shifts and promotion to full-time employment based on performance. * Initial training and direct mentoring by the Technical Coordinator.
