




Job Summary: Support the coordination of meeting rooms, reservations, and documentation, as well as office maintenance and customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in the continuous improvement and risk control of processes. 2. Support the coordination of office services and supplies. 3. Assist with document reception and call handling. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University or technical degree in Banking Administration, Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in reception or customer service roles. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support scheduling of meeting rooms and parking reservations for staff, managers, and clients. * Support restaurant reservations for management meetings. * Support document reception (requests, letters, others) and scanning requests from the Commercial Department. * Support call reception and routing to the appropriate department. * Support preparation of presentation folders for the organization's production outputs. * Support verification of cleanliness in meeting rooms and customer reception areas. * Support provision of office stationery per department; report technological maintenance issues, electrical equipment malfunctions; coordinate repairs and facility improvements (furniture and spaces). * Collaborate in continuous improvement and in controlling identified risks within involved processes. * Perform other related or complementary duties assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or Area Manager. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Salary: 1150 * On-site work in Miraflores * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Formal employment under the General Regime starting on the first day.
