We are looking for a **Commercial Assistant** who will serve as the first point of contact, guiding our students and prospects, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience from the very first moment. **SCHEDULE:** * **Monday to Friday:** 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM * **Saturday:** 2:00 PM \- 6:00 PM **SALARY:** S/ 585.00 \- S/600.00 **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive and guide visitors, students, and prospects, providing warm and professional assistance. * **Contact leads via phone calls and digital channels** to provide information about programs, schedules, and benefits. * **Manage social media and digital channels**, responding to inquiries and providing timely information to prospects and customers. * Schedule appointments, trial sessions, and classes in coordination with the commercial and sports teams. * Record and update information in the CRM, generating basic management reports. * Support attendance registration, equipment distribution, and introductory classes. * Perform other duties related to this position. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Student in final semesters or recent graduate in **Business Administration, Commercial Management,** ***Education*** **or related fields.** * Prior experience in **Customer Service, Sales, or Reception (minimum 6 months).** * Excellent appearance and positive, service-oriented attitude. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **BENEFITS:** * **Payroll employment contract.** * **Training** and continuous support. * **Career Path** * **Bonus** based on commercial goals and performance after the probationary period. * Opportunity for professional development in a growing sports environment.
