




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Accounting and Administrative Assistant to support the recording, control, and management of various accounting and administrative functions. Collaboration in documentation and supplier management **Responsibilities:** * Recording of purchases and sales. * Support in preparing monthly tax declarations. * Control and filing of accounting and administrative documentation. * Drafting and updating contracts. * Recording and analysis of payment vouchers, expenses, and income. * Support in payroll preparation and management. * Coordination with suppliers and clients for document regularization. * Support in logistics (dispatch and sales). * Other administrative and accounting support tasks assigned by the department. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Accounting or Administration. * Prior experience with the SISCOM accounting system is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). * Basic knowledge of taxation and labor legislation. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of purchase and sales recording. * Knowledge of tax declarations (SUNAT). * Responsible, organized, and eager to learn (proactive). **Working Conditions:** * Work schedule: Full-time. * Work modality: On-site. * Immediate availability. Preference for candidates residing in Lurigancho Chosica or Ate. Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,600.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
