Main Responsibilities: * Register and update administrative and operational information. * Track documents related to revenue, transfers, and cargo dispatches. * Verify that the recorded information is complete, accurate, and timely. * Support the organization and control of physical and digital documentation. * Coordinate with Administration, Sales, Operations, and Warehouse departments to ensure proper information flow. * Provide support in administrative activities aimed at improving internal control and process efficiency.
