Position Summary: We are seeking a committed and organized Warehouse and Inventory Assistant for the food and pastry industry, responsible for stock management and warehouse operations support. Maintains order and cleanliness according to food safety standards WAREHOUSE AND INVENTORY ASSISTANT – FOOD INDUSTRY We are looking for a committed, organized, and responsible Warehouse and Inventory Assistant to join our team in the food and pastry industry. Requirements * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * Technical studies in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Food Industry preferred. * Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience, preferably in food or retail companies. * Knowledge of storage and inventory control. * Training in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food hygiene standards preferred. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Responsibilities * Receive and inspect raw materials, supplies, packaging, and containers. * Record goods receipts and dispatches. * Monitor stock levels and ensure proper product rotation (FIFO/FEFO). * Prepare orders and support finished goods warehouse management. * Timely supply to the production area. * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness in compliance with food safety standards. * Support inventory counts and internal controls. Working Conditions * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * Mode: On-site. * Salary: S/ 1,400 to S/ 2,000 (based on experience and evaluation). * Formal employment under the MYPE regime.
