




Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to coordinate the receipt, storage, dispatch, and distribution of goods, perform picking and packing, and support inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in warehouse, logistics, and inventory management. 2. Proficiency in ERP systems or logistics platforms. 3. Ability to generate reports and monitor operational information. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, dispatch, and distribution of goods. * Perform order picking and packing processes. * Support inventory control and tracking. * Record and update inventory status, orders, and material transfers. * Prepare reports and documentation related to warehouse movements and incidents. * Schedule orders and coordinate dispatches. * Safeguard and organize documentation related to goods inflows and outflows. * Coordinate with customers, account executives, and internal departments to ensure efficient operations. * Track orders and update their status in company systems. * Comply with company-established operational and safety procedures. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or similar roles. * Experience in picking and packing. * Experience handling warehouse documentation. * Knowledge of inventory management, goods receipt, and dispatch. * Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills. * Experience using ERP systems or logistics platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, WMS, or similar). * Ability to generate reports and monitor operational information. * Immediate availability.
