Appointment scheduling coordination and daily organizational support At Centro Nacional de Tricología Recupera, we seek a dynamic, organized individual with excellent public interaction skills to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering courteous and efficient customer service through various channels, helping to create a positive experience from the first contact. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service. * Resolve inquiries regarding services, operating hours, and appointment bookings. * Follow up with interested customers and confirm scheduled appointments. * Record basic information in the system and keep the database updated. * Coordinate schedules and support daily service organization. * Route specific inquiries to the appropriate department. * Maintain clear, friendly, and professional communication with customers. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, call centers, reception, or similar roles. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficient writing and excellent spelling. * Basic proficiency in Excel, WhatsApp Web, and digital tools. * Ability to work collaboratively and toward shared goals. * Proactive, responsible, and service-oriented attitude. * Availability to work in-person in Lima. * Preferred: Professional appearance and confident demeanor. **We Value:** * Experience in aesthetic centers, healthcare, wellness, or service industries. * Proficiency in social media platforms and customer service chat tools. * Ability to build empathy and trust with customers. * Adaptability to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment. **Benefits:** * Fixed monthly salary of S/ 1,500. * Positive work environment. * Ongoing training. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Job stability.
