At AX Archery, we seek someone with positive energy, a proactive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills to welcome our students and prospects, address their questions, and make them feel welcome from the very first moment. **SCHEDULE:** * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM * **Saturday:** 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM **SALARY:** S/ 585.00 – S/600.00 **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive and guide visitors, students, and prospects, providing warm and professional service. * **Contact leads via phone calls and digital channels** to provide information about programs, schedules, and benefits. * **Manage social media and digital channels**, responding to inquiries and providing timely information to prospects and customers. * Schedule appointments, trial sessions, and classes in coordination with the sales and sports teams. * Register and update information in the CRM, preparing basic management reports. * Support attendance registration, equipment distribution, and introductory classes. * Perform other duties related to this position. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently enrolled in final semesters or recently graduated in **Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Administration, Commercial Management,** ***Education*** **or related fields.** * Prior experience in **Customer Service, Sales, or Reception (minimum 3 months).** * Excellent personal presentation and a positive, service-oriented attitude. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **BENEFITS:** * **Formal employment contract.** * **Training** and continuous support. * **Career Path** * **Performance-based bonus** after probation period, tied to commercial goals and performance. * Opportunity for professional development in a growing sports environment.
