We are looking for proactive individuals with a commercial mindset to engage leads through digital channels, conduct ongoing follow-ups, coordinate calls, and provide personalized service to close sales. **SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM * Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **SALARY:** * PEN 585 to PEN 600 **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Contact leads via phone calls and digital channels** to provide information about programs, schedules, and benefits. * Respond to inquiries from prospects and customers via **social media and digital channels** (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business). * **Follow up with leads**, confirming their interest and attendance at sessions or visits. * **Schedule appointments and sessions** in coordination with the sports and commercial departments. * **Record and update information in the CRM**, as well as prepare basic management reports. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Student in final semesters or graduate in **Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields**. * Minimum **6 months of experience in social media management**. * Experience or interest in **customer service and making phone calls**. * Basic knowledge of **Meta Business Suite** and digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads – preferred). * **Strong digital and in-person communication skills**, proactive attitude, and service orientation. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * **Performance-based bonuses.** * **Formal employment registration.** * A dynamic work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Special discounts on our activities.
